Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Step 2
Place 9x13 pan (with butter in it) in oven while preheating. Keep it in just long enough to melt the butter.
Step 3
Mix together cornbread mix, eggs, & milk
Step 4
Drain corn
Step 5
Chop jalapeños & onions
Step 6
Mix in corn, jalapeños, onions, & cheese
Step 7
Pour batter into 9x13 pan & place in oven to bake!
Step 8
*Bake for 30 minutes in gas RV oven. *Bake for 22 minutes in electric oven
