Instructions

Step 1
Boil a kettle, heat a drizzle of oil in pan, chopped pepper. Once pan is hot add chicken and sliced pepper to pan and cook for 5-6mins Heat rice pouch in microwave, and slice spring onion and dissolve chicken stock mix in 200ml of hot water. Once chicken is browned add garlic paste, oregano, chipotle paste, and cayenne pepper. Add cooked rice, chicken stock and juice if half lemon to pan, cook for 3-4 mins
