Step 1
Mix all ingredients together with tomato sauce except parsley and cilantro.
Step 2
Place salmon in a frying pan sprayed with pam cook for about 10 min on a low light. Add in tomato sauce mixture and cover. Cook for additional 10 min on simmer.
Step 3
Remove from pan place on individual plates evenly scoop tomato mixture on each plate and to with evenly divided parsley and cilantro
