Step 1
Sautee tomatoes, jalapeño, garlic and cilantro in about a 1/4 c oil. Add salt, garlic powder and generous amount of paprika.
Step 2
Add chickpeas and water to cover. Cook for 10 minutes
Step 3
Add salmon slices over chickpeas. Combine 1/2 c oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pour over fish.
Step 4
Cook fish for half an hour, add cilantro on top. Place it in the oven for 15 minutes to add a golden touch.
