Looks like something I need to make when I christen my new Blackstone grill. I LOVE feta!

Instructions
Step 1
Grill your flank steak till cooked to the doneness to your desire. I like medium rare.
Step 2
Heat up your frying pan with a few sprays of nonstick spray
Step 3
add your sliced mushrooms and tomatoes. Cook till done.
Step 4
Slice your steak and divide into 2 plates. Add your mushrooms and tomatoes overtop.
Step 5
Sprinkle over top with your salt and fresh chopped basil and thyme. Add your feta and balsamic vinegar.
