American Chopped Suey

American Chop Suey                                Della Goodman 2 ½ lbs chopped meat (turkey) 2 green peppers (optional) 6 medium onions, diced 1 bunch celery, diced 2 small jars pimentos, diced ¼ lb sea shell macaroni, cooked 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 lb mushrooms, sliced 2 cans Campbell's Tomato Soup Frozen Peas a little catsup Paprika Salt and Pepper to taste Dice onions, celery and peppers.  Mince garlic and fry in PAM sprayed pan until golden brown.  Remove vegetables to bowl and saute meat until it crumbles with salt, pepper and paprika.  Add 2 cans tomato soup (undiluted), a little catsup and mushrooms.  Add frozen peas and cooked macaroni.  Put in oven in casserole for a short time before serving. May be frozen.

Instructions

Step 1
