Simple Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

We will see restaurant style or Dhaba style Paneer Butter Masala. This is really quick and easy recipe. Paneer Butter Masala, no matter whichever Dhaba or restaurant you visite, you can get quite a lot of varieties of it. Usually in restaurant or Dhabas, they make a lot of base gravies. there’s a makhani gravy, onion tomato masala or also known as chop masala. There’s white gravy and yello gravy. So, these gravies are mixed in varied proporation and combinations, with a little spicy,a little sweet adjustments,different recipes are made. As you go to different places, the Paneer Butter Masala will keep changing and there may be some variations in it’s recipe. Now for paneer Butter Masala, basically there should be Paneer, Butter and masala (spices) in it. But if you make it in chop masala or bhuna masala, then it will become Panner Bhuna. It’s gravy is orange or yellowish tinged. The one that i make is an orange gravy. But the recipe that i am making is quick recipe. You don’t need to make any gravy separately. You don’t need to make a lot of fuss or even do too much of chopping. By a simple and quick method Panner Butter Masala will be Ready and it’s results are mind-blowing. So let’s make this recipe quickly without too much prep.

Step 1
Step No 1 : Making of Paneer Butter Masala gravy. Take mixer gruinder and add . 4 nos tamato . 8-10 cloves garlic . 1 inch ginger . 2 tablespoon coriander stems . 1 green chilli . 1.5 tablespoon red chilli powder . 1 tablespoon coriander powder . 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder . 15 nos cashew ( soake for 15 minutes) . And blend all these ingredients nicly without adding any extra water to it and blended it to a fine paste. . So here we have finished almost whole prep for Paneer Butter Masala. . Step No 2 : Toss the Panner. . Take a fry pan and add 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon butter and heat it up slightly. . Now we will add 1/2 kg panner cut into cubes in fry pan. And add salt according to tast, and pinch of red chilli powder, mix the panner with light hands or toss . . Cook Panner for 1-2 minuts. Transfer it to a bowl and keep it aside until it’s gravy is being made. . Step No 3 : Making Gravy Of Paneer Butter Masala. . Take pane and add 2 tablespoon oil . 1 tablespoon butter and let it heat up slightly. . 1 tablespoon cumin seeds . 3 green cardamom . 1/2 inch cinnamon stick . 1 bay leaf . 1 tablespoon chopped garlic . 1 chopped green chilli and stir it nicely. . After stiring add 3 medium sized chopped onions we have to saute this onion on medium high flame until they are light golden brown in colour. Once the onion are light golden brown in coloure, then low the flame add . 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder . 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder for colour. Stir it well . . Then add a splash of hot water and cook the spices for 2-3 minutes. Once we cook the spices add the gravy that we make earlier and add salt according to tast and add a pinch of sugar to balance the tartness of the tomatoes. Stir everything together well. and cook this gravy on medium high flame for 10-15 minutes. Add some hot water to adjust its consistancy and stir well and cook this gravy for more 2-3 minutes. . Add the sauteed Panner in gravy add 2 tablespoon of butter , pinch of roasted kasuri methi powder, 1
