Step 1
Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another. Peel and dice or grate the apple. Carefully combine the wet into the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed. No blender needed super easy ! Stir through the apple. Evenly distribute in muffin tins (makes 16) Cook for approximately 20 minutes or until golden and a skewer comes out cleanly. Once out of the oven add 1 tsp of butter and 1tsp of honey to a small bowl and microwave to melt. Once melted brush with a pastry brush over the muffins and leave to cool. Tip:
Can use 1 tin of diced apples instead of chopped apple.
