Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine milk and buckwheat flour. Allow to sit for at least 5 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to lowest setting and place oven safe serving platter inside.
Step 2
Add the melted butter and egg to milk mixture, and combine.
Step 3
Add all other ingredients and mix to combine.
Step 4
Preheat 1 or 2 skillets to medium/medium-hi heat. Add butter and allow just to bubble. Pour a 1/4 cup of batter in the skillet and cook until edges begin to look dryer and holes start to form in the centre. Flip the pancake, and cook another minute or so.
Step 5
Store pancakes in the serving platter in the oven until they're all ready to serve, being careful not to leave them in too long so they don't dry out.
Step 6
Serve family style with butter, syrup, nutella, and fruit as topping options. Refrigerate unused portions for up to 2 days.
