Step 1
Cut cauliflower into florets. Crush garlic. Slice Haloumi. Juice lemon
Step 2
Add oregano, 2tsp olive oil and garlic to lemon juice. Add salt and pepper. Add cauliflower and coat.
Step 3
Lightly char cauliflower in pan until tender.
Step 4
Cook Haloumi
Step 5
Add spinach, cauliflower, Haloumi and yogurt to pitas
