sweet n spicy sriracha ginger soy tofu w/ jasmine rice + broccoli!!!! i’ve never been a big sriracha girl but something came over me at the grocery store and for some reason i had to have it???? grab ur chopsticks and possibly a tissue bc this is spicy and tasty as heck

tear 1/2 a block of tofu into pieces, coat w/ 1.5 Tbsp cornstarch, air fry until crispy
make the sauce:
1-2 Tbsp sriracha
1.5 Tbsp low sodium tamari
1.5 Tbsp vegan honey (or maple syrup)
1.5 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 clove garlic, grated
0.5 Tbsp ginger, grated
3 Tbsp water
sautée 2 chopped green onions + 1/2 a diced red bell pepper w/ 1/2 tsp sesame oil until softened, add cooked tofu, add sauce, cook on low until sauce thickens
