Instructions
Step 1
Spray a frying pan with olive oil and place over medium heat. Add the onion and fry for 5 mins until lightly golden, then add garlic and peppers and cook for a further 2 mins.





Step 2
Add diced chicken to the pan and brown all sides.

Step 3
Add the smoked paprika, paprika, black pepper, oregano and tomato puree and give everything a stir. Add the stock (chicken stock cube and stock put mixed with boiling water), reduce the heat and simmer for 20 mins until the sauce has reduced.








Step 4
Cook rice according packet instructions.


Step 5
Stir through the cream cheese until dissolved and combined. Serve with rice.
