Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Step 2
Mash bananas well.
Step 3
Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
Step 4
Add all dry ingredients, don't overmix. Will still be a little lumpy.
Step 5
Stir in chocolate chips.
Step 6
Spray muffin tins, or spread liners in tin. Fill 2/3 full with muffin mix. Then sprinkle each muffin with 1 tsp sugar on top
Step 7
Bake at 375 degrees for 18-22 minutes. Makes 24 muffins.
