Crockpot Meatball Sub

Who doesn’t love an easy crockpot recipe?! After the meatballs sit in the crockpot all day, your dinner takes 15 minutes to assemble! Easy and delicious!

Instructions

Step 1
In a greased or lined crockpot, add as many meatballs as you need, a jar of marinara sauce and shredded parmesan cheese
Step 2
Stir and cover with the crockpot lid. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours
Step 3
When your meatballs are just about done and you’re ready to eat, cut your French bread into sections (however big you want each sub) then cut them open
Step 4
Microwave your butter in 10 second intervals until the butter is melted
Step 5
Once your butter is melted, add in garlic salt and spread on the outsides of your bread
Step 6
Broil for about 2 minutes
Step 7
Once your bread is done broiling, flip it over and on the inside of each French bread sub, use a spoon to press down the insides so it can hold the meatballs
Step 8
Cover one of the insides of the bread with mozzarella cheese to taste and meatballs/sauce on the other side
Step 9
Broil again for another 2 minutes or until the mozzarella cheese is melted
Step 10
Close the subs and enjoy!
