Step 1
Season your salmon and slice it in thin strips (about 1/4 inch strips)
Step 2
In a large hot skillet on medium high heat cook your salmon and add your onions and bell peppers until fully cooked stirring constantly (to prevent over cooking)
Step 3
Once your salmon is cooked. Spread mayo on your hoagi roll and then toast your hoagi roll. Once your hoagi roll is toasted add more mayo (for a saucy sandwhich).
Step 4
Add you salmon mixture and top with lettuce and tomato! Serve and enjoy:)
