Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees and spray loaf pan with cooking spray.
Mash bananas until smooth and add butter, egg, sugar, sour cream, oil and vanilla. Stir until combined.
Add flour, soda and salt and stir until combined.
Fold in chips and pour in pan. Sprinkle a few more chips on top.
Bake about 50 minutes and test with toothpicks.
Cool about 10 minutes and flip to a cooling rack before slicing. Make sure it’s cool before you try to slice .
