Preheat oven to 350F/180C
Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Mix together until everything is lightly coated. Spread granola in a parchment lined sheet pan. Bake until lightly golden, stirring and adding coconut halfway through. 21-24 minutes. Cool completely 45 minutes. Add dried fruit.
