Preheat oven to 200°c
Step 2
Halve tomatoes and place them in a large, deep sided roasting tin. Scatter the garlic over the tomatoes. Season well with salt and pepper and tricklevover the olive oil. Roast for 15-20 min or until the tomatoes are blistered around the edges.
