Instructions
Step 1
Start by halving your brussel sprout top to tail. And steam for 10 mins. (Still want them firm)
Step 2
Cut your kielbasa into 1/4" discs and sear in large pan or preferrably wok @ medium heat
Step 3
Julienne onions and sweet peppers. Mince garlic and add all to kielbasa 1/2 way through cooking. (Optional) add pepper flakes here as well
Step 4
Cook until peppers and onions soften remove from heat.
Step 5
Dry off slightly steamed brussel sprouts and heat up oil in pan, add brussel sprouts at medium-high heat. Cook until sprouts begin to "char" slightly about 10 mins. (Careful not to over stir, allow them to sit a bit to build crust)
Step 6
Add back in vegetables and kielbasa to brussel sprouts, squeeze in the juice of 2 lemons and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5 mins high heat to incorporate. Ready to serve
