Instructions

Step 1
Instant Pot. Sauté. Medium. Add oil when display shows HOT.
Step 2
Crisp bacon then set aside. Leave grease in the pan.
Step 3
Sauté onions and peppers until soft. Add garlic and cook for one more minute.
Step 4
Add celery and carrots. Sauté for a few more minutes.
Step 5
Deglaze with a bit of broth if necessary. Add remaining ingredients, stir well, and switch to Pressure Cook.
Step 6
Set time for 37 minutes and slow release for 20 minutes. Stir. Taste. Enjoy!
