Step 1
Pour your flour mixture, egg mixture and breadcrumb mixture into the bowls and make sure the egg is whisked.

Step 2
Cut your chicken breast into bite size pieces on a chopping board.

Step 3
One by one, coat the chicken breasts in this order: flour mixture, egg mixture and then the breadcrumbs - tip: use tongs.

Step 4
Put them all on a plate once finished.

Step 5
Pour a little bit of oil and spread around a pan. Get ready to fry them!

Step 6
Heat up your pan and put your chicken nuggets on the pan and leave them for 3 mins. After 3 mins turn them over and do the same.
