Bake the Tofu
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Step 2
Cube the tofu and spread out on a cookie tray covered in parchment paper
Step 3
Bake tofu for 25 minutes, flipping half way
Saute the Veggies
Step 4
Heat oil in pan
Step 5
Cut veggies into rough pieces
Step 6
When oil is hot, add veggies; saute until softened (4 - 5 minutes)
Step 7
Add baked tofu
Finish with the Sauce
Step 8
In a separate bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients
plant based oyster sauce2 Tbsp
Step 9
Pour sauce into pan, stir to coat veggies/tofu
Step 10
Raise heat to reduce sauce, complete when the sauce has been reduced
