Instructions
Step 1
Boil water, cut criss-cross on top of tomatoes, blanch for a min, put in cold water. Peel and cut into small cubes.

Chop green onion, garlic. Save some green onion for garnish.

Heat oil and stir in green onion, garlic, when flagrant, put in tomatoes, salt, pepper. Heat on medium high until juice comes out and thicken.

Put in water and bring to boil. Season with yondu, chicken flavoring, sugar, Simmer for 5-10min.

(If making soup only, skip to step 7 or 8) Meanwhile, use about 1/4 cup of water, drizzle in bit by bit while stirring the flour rapidly with fork. Break flour into pinky nails size doughs.
Step 6
On medium high, sprinkle in doughs evenly and gradually while stirring gently. Bring to gentle boil.
Step 7
Stir in spinach.
Step 8
Beat up 1 eggs, drizzle in to make ribbons and let set for 1min before stirring. Finish with sesame oil. Garnish with green onion.
