4 clovesgarlic

2 Tbspitalian seasoning

8 ouncescherry tomatoes
diced

3 ozsundried tomato paste

1 ½ cupwater

8 Tbspcream cheese

20 ozcheese tortellini

3 Tbspbutter
For the topping
Instructions
Step 1
Heat broiler to high.
Step 2
Wash and dry produce.

Step 3
Peel and mince garlic. Dice tomatoes.


Step 4
In a small bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.





Step 5
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large ovenproof pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic, and Italian Seasoning; cook until fragrant, 30 seconds.



Step 6
Add tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until slightly softened, 1-2 minutes.

Stir in tomato paste and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.

Step 8
Stir in water and cream cheese. Bring to a simmer, stirring, until fully combined. Season generously with salt and pepper.




Step 9
Add tortellini to pan; cook, stirring, until sauce is thickened and tortelloni are tender, 4-6 minutes.

Step 10
Stir in butter. Season with salt and pepper.



Step 11
Evenly sprinkle tortellini with panko mixture. Broil until panko is golden brown, 2-4 minutes.
