Instructions

Dry mix

Step 1
Sieve flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt together into a bowl.
Step 2
Put in the granulated sugar and brown sugar.
Step 3
Whisk in some chocolate chip, set some chips aside.

Wet mix

Step 4
In another bowl, break the bananas using a fork.
Step 5
Crack in 2 eggs into the bowl.
Step 6
Pour in the oil, milk and vanilla.
Step 7
Whisk the mixture thoroughly until well combined.
Step 8
Pour in dry mix to wet mix. Whisk thoroughly. Don't overmix.
Step 9
Pour into cupcake cases and sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips on top.
Step 10
Bake in 180C for 20-25 minutes. Check the middle with a skewer.
