Step 1
place the chickpeas in a microwaveable bowl, cover with cling film and vent
Step 2
microwave for 2 minutes
Step 3
uncover, mix and recover
Step 4
microwave for 1 minute
Step 5
drain the chickpeas and put in a box
Step 6
add spices and flavourings
Step 7
shake to cover all
Step 8
refrigerate for up to 1 week
serving
Step 9
serve 1/4 of box into a bowl and mash with a fork
Step 10
for sandwich filling, add a tsp of alpro yoghurt or almond milk or simply serve for a salad
