Prep Ahead

Step 1
Defrost Beef and cilantro

Wash and soak rice for at least 20 minutes
Step 3
Mince 8 garlic cloves and cilantro in food processor

Rinse okra with water to remove ice

Add vegetable oil and fry okra until they stop being slimy and remove the pot

In same pot add oil if needed and fry beef with 7 spices

Then add minced and whole garlic cloves and cilantro, and leyye and stock.

Add a bit of black pepper and the ingredients below. Then add back the okra and mix without squishing them!

Cover and simmer on low heat on medium eye for 20 mins or until okra is soft
