Ingredients
4 servings
2 poundsshrimp
raw, jumbo, deveined, shell and tail on
3 clustersking crab legs
pre-cooked
1 packhot Italian sausage
you can use the Andouille sausage
3 earsfresh corn
cut crosswise into 4-6 pieces
2russet potatoes
medium, cut into 1-inch bite-size pieces
Parsley
lemon wedges
for garnishing, optional
2 sticksbutter
salted or unsalted
2 teaspoonsSeasoning Blend
Custom
1 tablespoonsjerk seasoning
or to taste
6sprigs fresh thyme
2 stalksscallion
chopped up
2scotch bonnet peppers
whole, or slices
4bay leaves
whole
1 teaspoonpink Himalayan salt
optional if you're using salted butter
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 º.

Step 2
Bring a pot of water to boil and add potato. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Add corn to the pot with potato and continue cooking for 8 – 10 minutes until corn and potato are cooked. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
Rinse crab, shrimp & sausage with lemon juice and water then rinse with fresh water, drain and pat dry.
Step 4
Add crab, shrimp to a medium-size bowl, drizzle with olive oil then sprinkle with all-purpose seasoning. Pat seasoning on crab and shrimp. Set aside.
Step 5
Cut up sausages and set them aside.
Step 6
Add crab, shrimp, sausage, and generously spoon jerk butter over everything.
Step 7
Cover and bake for 20-30 minutes until sausages are cooked to desired doneness.
How To Make Jerk Butter

Add custom seasoning blend (if using)

Add jerk seasoning, thyme, scallion, scotch bonnet pepper, and bay leaves to melted butter.
Step 10
Stir to combine.
Step 11
Simmer for 2 minutes to allow all the flavors to combine.
Step 12
Taste and adjust for salt.
Step 13
Remove from the heat source and set aside.
Step 14
Give thanks, serve warm and enjoy.
