Instructions
Step 1
Cut potatoes into chucks, break corn in 1/2 and slice sausage into oversized bite size pieces.
Step 2
In a 9x13 pan layer everything in this order and season with old bay, garlic salt and oil along the way. Season with your heart. Potatoes, corn, sausage, onion, lemon slices.
Step 3
Pour beer over the layers and top with butter.
Step 4
Cover pan with foil tightly. You can bake in a 375° oven or place on a grill. It will cook in 30-45 minutes.
Step 5
When potatoes are fork tender add your shrimp into the pan and cook for about 5 minutes or until your shrimp are cooked.
