Instructions
Step 1
Mix half sugar half salt and place in a flat plate. Make so slighy holes with the spoon for the yolk to sit it.
Step 2
Separate the yolk from the white and place them without breaking them in the holes.
Step 3
Cover them with more salt and sugar mix and let it rest in the refrigerator for 5 days
Step 4
Wash it out with a little bit of water then dry them out as much as possible in the oven at the lowest setting for about 1 hour.
Step 5
It can be served by shaving/grinding it on top of a steak or anything else
