6apples
firm, such as Gala or Golden Delicious, peeled, cored, and sliced

1 tablespoonfreshly squeezed lemon juice

2kiwis
peeled and diced

½ cupstrawberries
sliced

½ cupcoleslaw mix
packaged shredded, without dressing

½ cupwalnut halves

¼ cupslivered almonds

0.25balsamic vinegar

¼ cupextra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoonssesame seeds
plus more for garnish, optional

¼ teaspoonsalt

¼ teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, toss the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning. Add the kiwis, strawberries, coleslaw mix, walnuts, and almonds and toss well.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whish together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
Step 4
To serve, spoon into small bowls and top with additional sesame seeds, if desired.
