Step 1
First cross with the bacon slices. Then put 2 slices diagonally so that a star is formed. Put the babybel in the middle and cover with the bacon.

Repeat again. When you place the Babybel in the middle make sure that the uncovered side is facing down.

To a bowl add the egg and milk. Whisk until well combined.

To another bowl add the panko.
Step 5
Soak the Babybel in the egg mixture and then in the panko.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high and deep fry for 3min each side.

Put the meat in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Then knead well

Form the meat into a ball. The ball then press flat with your hand and shape it

Heat the oil in the pan. Over medium heat, add the meat and sear for 2-3min per side.

Cut the burger bun in half. Spread both sides with butter. Toast until golden brown.

Meanwhile slice the tomato.

Spread the bottom half with the bbq sauce

Place the salad, tomato, burger and cheese patty on top.

Stack the other half of the bread on top and enjoy!
