Step 1
Cook and drain sausage and onions. Set aside. Beat eggs, milk and seasoning together. Add in chopped bell pepper, sausage mixture, cheeses and seasoning. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Spoon into muffin tins 3/4ths full. Bake for 40 minutes at 350°.
