Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Step 2
Cut baby carrots in half lengthwise and add to a bowl. Season with salt and seasoning of choice. Mix well.
Step 3
Prep two sheet pans with a bit of cooking spray. Add carrots divided evenly over both sheets.
Step 4
Roast for 15 mins. Turn carrots and switch pans to opposite racks.
Step 5
Roast for another 15 mins or until browned and softened.
