Instructions
Step 1
1. Combine oil, salt, pepper, brown sugar and garlic mixing it until fully combined.
Step 2
2. Add chicken breasts into a large crockpot with 2 tbsp of butter.
Step 3
3. Spread mixture onto each chicken breasts coating each side.
Step 4
4. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4 hours. If chicken is frozen cook on high for about 4 1/2 hours.
Step 5
5. Once chicken is cooked you can add to the broiler for about 5-8 minutes to make the chicken crispier! Serve with your choice of rice and enjoy!
