0.25 lbsmoked salmon

0.25 CCurry
1 ccoconut milk
1 TbspAll Purpose Seasoning
2 stalksscallions
1 tspginger
fresh grated
3bay leaves
2sprigs thyme
1 Tbspvegetable oil
0.25 COnions
Fine, Chopped
0.5 CBell Peppers
Red and Green, Chopped
⅛ tspsalt
⅛ tspwhite pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil and add shrimp, onions, peppers and seasoning. Cook 4 minutes, stir until shrimp is pink in color. Add the coconut milk and stir continuously to coat. Add salmon and cook 5 more minutes, salt and pepper to taste. Serve over white or jasmine rice. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
