Sriracha is a huge shortcut ingredient when you crave spicy food. There's no need for chillies and endless spices: just add a squirt of sriracha and you are minutes away from a simple £1 Thai-inspired curry.

Instructions

Step 1
Pan-fry the onion and garlic in the sesame oil over a medium heat for a few minutes until the garlic starts to brown. Add the coconut milk, water and sriracha. Simmer for a minute, then add the noodles and broccoli. Continue to simmer for about 5 minutes until the broccoli is cooked.
Step 2
Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and add a splash of soy sauce.
