Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat grill to medium high

2. Combine ground beef, pepper and cumin and a large bowl. Divide beef mixture into four portions and gently shape one portion around each skewer, patting the meat flat

3. Sprinkle evenly with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and brush evenly with two teaspoons oil

4. Please skewers on grates and grill, uncovered, four - five minutes per side

5. Combine cucumber, onion, 1/3 cup mint, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, remaining 2 tablespoons oil and remaining 1/4 teaspoon black pepper in a bowl and stir to combine

6. Stir together yogurt, remaining mint, remaining one teaspoon vinegar and remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt in a small bowl.
Step 7
7. Divide cucumber salad among four plates, and top each with a skewer. Served with yogurt sauce for dipping
