Instructions
Step 1
Rinse beans, add beans to pot of water, bring to boil for 3 mins, remove from the heat then let sit for 1hr
Step 2
Dice onion, garlic, carrots and celery
Step 3
Cook onion, garlic, carrots and celery, drain excess oil
Step 4
Add everything to pot and simmer for 1hr 45 mins
Step 5
Remove ham and dice, add back in
