Instructions

Step 1
• Mix the salt and pepper seasoning into the breadcrumbs
Step 2
• Dip the chicken in flour, egg then bread crumb and put to side
Step 3
• Dice onion, garlic, pepper and chilli's and fry in a pan, add salt and pepper seasoning
Step 4
• Heat up a shallow amount of cooking oil in a wok. When sizzling put the coated chicken in the wok. Keep turning the chicken in the wok to make sure all fry
Step 5
• Once chicken is cooked spoon the chicken out onto kitchen roll to allow oil to dry
Step 6
• Put all chicken into pan with vegetables and keep turning the chicken and vegetables, add small amount of water over chicken to keep moist and spread flavour
