Instructions
Step 1
Rice first on bottom of instant pot with water or broth and stir together
Step 2
Add rinsed and drained black beans
Step 3
Add 1 cup frozen mango chunks
Step 4
Add frozen chicken breasts - 2 or 3 is fine
Step 5
Add salsa on top and nestle chicken into liquid. Check that no rice is out of the liquid or it won't cook.
Step 6
Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes with 15 -20 mins natural release, then release the rest and serve. Make sure Keep Warm is off.
