Instructions
Step 1
Dice garlic, slice Thai chili or fresh chili and green onion. Put dice garlic, chopped scallion and chili in a bowl.
Step 2
Heat up some cooking oil in a skillet, once hot simply pour over garlic, scallion and chili. Further add in light soy sauce, sesame oil, dark vinegar, salt and sugar to mix. Ready to serve.
