Instructions

Step 1
1 Spray a broiler rack with nonstick spray; preheat the broiler.
Step 2
Stir together the sour cream and chipotles in a small bowl.
Step 3
Set aside.
Step 4
Sprinkle the fish with the chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Spray lightly with olive oil nonstick spray and place on the broiler rack.
Step 6
Broil 5 inches from the heat until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 3–5 minutes.
Step 7
Divide the fish among the tortillas, and top with the sour cream mixture and cabbage.
