Instructions
Step 1
prep and preheat grill for medium-high heat
Step 2
in a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons oil, cilantro, lemon juice and zest, and 1/8 teaspoon salt. set aside.
Step 3
season salmon with salt and pepper. toss in medium bowl with remaining 1 tablespoon oil. thread salmon on skewers. season asparagus with oil, salt, and pepper. then place in grill basket or foil packet
Step 4
grill salmon until opaque and flaky, about 5 minutes per side (internal 145). grill asparagus about 10 minutes, tossing occasionally. Garnish the salmon with cilantro-lemon drizzle and serve.
