Instructions
Step 1
Combine water, salt, sugar and yeast in a bowl

Let sit for 5 mins

Add flour and oil

Mix until dough is formed

Put dough in a bowl, cover dough with a large towel in a warm place for 1 hour

Cut dough into 6 even pieces

Form pretzel shape
Step 8
Add baking soda into water then boil
Step 9
Dip 1 pretzel into the baking soda bath for 10 seconds
Step 10
Brush butter and egg wash over pretzels, sprinkle kosher salt ontop

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes
