Instructions

Step 1
Reheat leftover salmon in sesame oil and minced garlic.
Step 2
Toss in day-old rice, 1 egg, green onions, and soy sauce and mix it all together.
Step 3
Once it’s done drizzle it with kewpie mayo and sriracha.
Step 4
You can also skip the kewpie mayo and Sriracha and it will still be really delicious served with Roasted Seaweed.
