Instructions
For Cheese Filling
Step 1
Mix cottage cheese, shredded cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper until well mixed
Step 2
Place mixture into refrigerator for until chilled, about 1 hr
For Pasta
Step 3
Boil 4-6 qts of water, adding salt to taste
Step 4
Add pasta and boil for 9 minutes
Step 5
Remove pasta and rinse with cool water to keep pasta from sticking
Prepare Pan for Baking
Step 6
Lightly oil a 13x9 baking pan
Step 7
Pour a layer of Italian sauce of choice across bottom of pan
Bringing It All Together
Step 8
Spoon chilled mixture into individual noodles, placing each into the prepared pan once filled
OvenPreheat
Step 9
Once all the pasta is prepared, pour the remaining pasta sauce over the top of the prepared pasta
Step 10
Sprinkle additional Italian blend shredded cheese across the top of the pasta too
Step 11
Bake at 350F for 45 min
