150gbucatini pasta
¼ cupCarapelli olive oil

4 clovesgarlic
thinly sliced

¼ teaspoonred chili flakes

¼ cupfresh parsley
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
1) Fill a large pot of water and sprinkle in some salt, bring to a boil and add the pasta, Cook Al Dente
Step 2
2) In a pan, drizzle some olive oil and garlic and let that cook well until the garlic starts to turn slightly golden. Add some red pepper chili flakes and let it immerse in the flavours for 2 minutes. Then, add some hot pasta water to the pan and the Al Dente pasta.
Step 3
3) Mix everything together and sprinkle some parsley on top!
