Looking for a quick pasta throw together, here is one I threw together the other night. What's great about this meal? Well it's easy, and you can use what's in your fridge. Replace veggies with what ever is in my fridge.

Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta to the specification on the box.
Step 2
While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a pan, and cook the onions, pepper and garlic until slightly caramelized.
Step 3
Sprinkle in the seasonings, and stir to combine. Deglaze with white wine.
Step 4
Add in the the remaining veggies, and cook until squash is soft.
Step 5
Finish by mixing in the pasta. Add some pasta water to help combine.
