Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients into mixer with yeast on top of flour. Turn on mixer, add enough flour to clean the sides of the bowl. Mix for six minutes, then remove from the bowl and place in oiled large bowl and let rise until doubled. Remember, a sticky dough makes the best rolls.
Step 2
Remove from bowl, divide into 4 equal pieces.
Step 3
Place one piece on rolling surface, roll dough out into large semicircle. Top with melted butter, then a cinnamon and brown sugar mixture. Sprinkle lightly with water.
Step 4
Roll dough up, starting with furthest side, and roll dough towards you, keeping the roll tight. When rolled tight, cut in half, then cut the halves in half, then cut each piece into three pieces. You should end up with 12 rolls.
Step 5
Place rolls into a pan sprayed with non-stick pan spray, leaving a small space between each roll, and let rise until doubled in size.
Step 6
Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes, then 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes at convection. Do not overbake, it dries out the rolls.
Frosting
Step 7
Whisk ingredients together, add nondairy creamer until smooth.
Step 8
Spread over rolls
